Every transfer to Andorra begins at an airport in Spain or France and finishes on the winding roads up into the Pyrenees. Barcelona, Toulouse, Girona, Lleida and Reus are the five gateways we serve, and the one you choose shapes both the length of the drive and the type of transfer available to you.
Barcelona and Toulouse are the two big hitters, with scheduled shared shuttles as well as private vehicles. Girona, Lleida and Reus are private transfer only. Which airport suits which resort?
A quick steer before you book. Every resort can be reached from any airport, but these are the natural pairings.
Barcelona (BCN)
The best all-rounder for the Grandvalira resorts — Soldeu, El Tarter and Encamp — at roughly three and a half to four hours, with the widest choice of UK flights and both shared and private transfers.
Toulouse (TLS)
The shortest hop to Pas de la Casa on the French border at around two and three-quarter hours, and a strong option for Soldeu and El Tarter at about three hours.
Girona (GRO)
A handy low-cost gateway for the Pal-Arinsal side and Grandvalira alike, roughly three and three-quarter to four hours out, served by private transfer only.
Lleida & Reus (LLD, REU)
Smaller Spanish airports with limited schedules, useful when the fares line up. Both are private transfer only, so book a vehicle for your group.
Shared or private?
Two ways to make the journey, whichever resort you are bound for.
Shared shuttle
Scheduled Andbus coaches from Barcelona and Toulouse, priced per person. Barcelona from €45 single and €76 return; Toulouse from €36 single and €64 return. Children aged 4 to 11 travel half price. The best value for couples and solo skiers.
Private transfer
A vehicle for your party alone, from any of the five airports, met at arrivals and driven straight to your accommodation. Priced per vehicle by group size, so it often wins on value for families and larger groups.
Planning your transfer to Andorra
A few pointers to help you land on the right choice:
- Heading to Pas de la Casa? Fly into Toulouse for the shortest run of all, around two and three-quarter hours.
- Bound for Soldeu, El Tarter or Encamp? Barcelona and Toulouse both work well, with plenty of flights and both transfer types.
- Off to Arinsal or La Massana? Allow about four hours from Barcelona, Toulouse or Girona.
- Travelling as a couple or solo on a budget? A shared shuttle from Barcelona or Toulouse is the cheapest seat.
- A family or a big group with lots of ski kit? A private vehicle keeps everyone together and is priced per vehicle, not per head.

Transfers to Andorra: your questions
How do I get to Andorra if there is no airport?
You fly into a nearby airport in Spain or France and complete the journey by road. Barcelona and Toulouse are the most popular gateways, with Girona, Lleida and Reus as alternatives. A pre-booked transfer takes you up to your resort.
How long is the transfer to Andorra?
It depends on the resort and airport. Most journeys run between about three and four hours. Toulouse to Pas de la Casa is the shortest at around two and three-quarter hours, while the Pal-Arinsal resorts sit closer to four hours.
Can I be dropped at my accommodation?
Yes. Private transfers are door to door across every resort. Shared shuttles also drop near your accommodation, with the one exception of Pas de la Casa, where they use the main bus stop.
