Good to know before you book
A few points that help your private transfer run smoothly:
- Prices are per vehicle, not per person, so a full group often works out very good value.
- Fares vary a little by resort — Pas de la Casa and Arinsal are priced separately from Soldeu and El Tarter.
- Book at least three days before travel; you will receive an emailed confirmation voucher.
- Toulouse is usually the shortest drive, with Pas de la Casa the quickest run of all at around two and three-quarter hours.
- Girona, Lleida and Reus are served by private vehicle only, making this the option for those airports.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. You pay one fare for the whole party based on the group size band, so the more of you there are, the better the value per head.
Where will the driver meet us?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal. At Barcelona that could be T1 or T2 — your confirmation voucher explains exactly where to go.
Will we be dropped at our accommodation?
Yes. Private transfers are door to door across every resort, so you and your luggage arrive right at your hotel or apartment.
What if my flight is delayed?
As we don't track flights, your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall after you land, so a delay does not mean losing your transfer. Please allow plenty of time after you land before your transfer.
Do the prices change by resort?
Slightly. Soldeu and El Tarter share one set of fares, while Arinsal and Pas de la Casa are priced separately. The booking box above gives the exact figure for your resort.
